This page describes the Localery website and its illustrative preview. The Mac app is still being prepared for public release.
The website
We use cookie-free website analytics to understand visits and which pages people use. The hosting infrastructure may process standard request information, such as an IP address, URL, and browser information, when serving the site and keeping it secure. This website does not require an account or set cookies.
The interactive preview
The preview starts with fictional sample records. Anything you type into its search box or notes stays in the page’s memory. It is not submitted to our server, sent to an AI service, or saved in browser storage. Reloading the page resets it.
The Mac app and connected AI
Localery is designed to store databases and notes locally on your Mac. Connecting an AI tool through MCP is optional. A connected tool can access records; if that tool uses a cloud AI provider, the data it sends may be processed by that provider. Local storage does not make a cloud AI service local.
